Holly & Kitty- What if the wind changes?

One morning, at the breakfast table, Kitty was in a funny mood. She was pulling funny faces at Holly. Puffing out her cheeks while pulling at her ears. Sticking out her tongue while opening her eyes as wide as she could.
Holly kept giggling at Kitty, and Kitty kept on pulling faces.
"You know if the wind changes your face will stay that way" said dad.
Kitty stopped pulling faces right away.
Holly stopped giggling. "Kitty's going to have a funny face foreverrrrrrrr" Holly teased.
Kitty ran to the mirror "oh what if the wind changes and I've got a funny face? I don't want to stay like that forever" Kitty said to herself, worried.
Kitty stood at the mirror, staring into it. She was trying to find a face she would want to keep forever. She did the biggest smile, a slight frown, a sad face, a funny face and even a scary face. But no face she pulled would do.
"I'll never pull a face again" Kitty said to herself.
For the rest of the day Kitty walked around with a straight face. Not even laughing when somebody told a joke. Not even crying if she felt sad.
Kitty was sat on the sofa when dad came in " whats the matter with you Kitty?" dad asked.
" I don't want my face to change when the wind changes " Kitty answered.
"Ha ha ha " dad chuckled to himself. "It's only something grown-ups say to children when they pull faces" dad explained.
"So if I'm pulling a face and the wind changes my face won't stay like that?" Kitty asked excitidly.
"No it won't stay like that, but it will stop you pulling faces when you're not supposed to".
"It sure will" Kitty called whilst running upstairs to Holly. She was going to make her laugh with more funny faces!
